City OK’s Jicarilla water contract

GALLUP — The Gallup City Council unanimously passed a water agreement related to the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project at its regular meeting Tuesday. The next step for the city is execution of the federal repayment contract pertaining to the matter, officials said afterward.
